- Relax – Make sure you take breaks to keep yourself from burning out.

- Get lots of sleep – Aim for 7 to 8 hours a night to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

- Eat healthy food – You’ve heard the saying ‘You are what you eat.’ Watch what you are eating and don’t skip meals (especially breakfast).

- Exercise – Get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day to keep your energy level up.
